Location data: the precise or approximate location of the device, when this feature is authorized and necessary for the use of the service, particularly to determine pickup and destination points, locate a delivery or intervention, suggest nearby available service providers, calculate distances, routes and prices, and enable real-time service tracking. Request and service data: pickup and destination addresses, service requests, trips, deliveries, rentals, bookings, interventions, service history, dates and times, information necessary to perform the service, as well as ratings, reviews and feedback. Payment and transaction data: selected payment method, amounts, transaction references and transaction status. When payment is made by bank card or through an external payment service provider, GoWay does not store your complete bank card details; these are processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its own security and privacy rules. Service provider and partner data: for drivers, couriers, transport operators, restaurants, shops, rental agencies and other service providers registered with GoWay, we may collect identity and contact information, documents required for account verification, professional information, information relating to vehicles, equipment or services offered, as well as availability and other information necessary to manage their activity on the platform. Technical and usage data: device type and identifier, operating system, application version, IP address where available, notification tokens, technical and usage logs, connection information, diagnostics, and error or crash reports. Certain data is collected only when necessary for the operation of a feature or when you provide it directly to us.

Your device location may be necessary for certain GoWay features to function. With the required permissions, location data may be used, in particular, to determine pickup and destination points, identify nearby available service providers, calculate distances, routes and price estimates, locate a delivery or intervention, and enable real-time service tracking. Drivers, couriers and, where necessary, certain other service providers may share their location while they are available or while performing a service in order to enable matching, coordination and service tracking. You can manage or disable GoWay’s access to your location at any time through your device settings. However, certain location-dependent features may then be limited or unavailable. GoWay does not use your location data for targeted advertising purposes.

Data retention: we retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide GoWay services and manage your account. After an account is closed or deleted, certain data may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting or tax obligations, prevent fraud, protect the platform, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, the purpose for which it is processed and applicable legal requirements. Security: GoWay implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse. Communications with our services use appropriate security mechanisms, including encryption of communications where applicable, and access to data is limited to persons or service providers who need it to perform their duties. Minors: GoWay services are intended for persons aged 18 or older. GoWay does not knowingly seek to collect personal data relating to persons under the age of 18.
